So a friend of mine asked me today if I would marry a Mexican chick for 10K? I have to stay married to her for 6 months and then whatever, she gets her citizenship. We discussed a prenup and all that, no issue I can see here. He showed me pics and she's definitely hawt...On the other hand I just wrote a check to the IRS and this look like a good deal.
Am I missing something? Is this legal?

I believe this is not legal ... and no matter what she looks like, I would never suggest that you marry someone under these circumstances. You've got too much to lose.
