Woman of the Month – July 2009 Rudi Bakhtiar

Midlifebachelor.com is pleased to announce that Rudi Bakhtiar, formerly of Fox News and CNN/HLN, has been named our Woman of the Month for July 2009! Honestly I had forgotten about Rudi Bakhtiar until I saw her very recently being interviewed by Betty Nguyen who was reporting about today’s turmoil in Iran. [Betty Nguyen was our Woman of the Month back in July 2008]. Rudi Bakhtiar currently works for the Public Affairs Alliance for Iranian Americans. I’m not by any means trying to politicize midlifebachelor.com by naming Rudi Bakhtiar to our Woman of the Month honor roll. She is simply an incredible Persian woman who is committed to her cause, and we support her dedication. And at the risk of sounding political – we also support freedom in Iran.

Here is some of Rudi Bakhtiar’s history. We are unsure how old Rudi is – although one website reports her as being age 43. I’d say she looks more like age 33. Rudi’s parents were Iranian immigrants who lived in Fresno, CA and then Los Angeles until Rudi was five years old. They then moved back to Iran where Rudi lived until she was age 17 … when she and her family moved back to the US (due to the Islamic Revolution in Iran). Okay – let’s do some quick math here … if she was age 17 in 1979, then that would make her born in the year 1960 … which means she is age 49. That cannot be correct. Anyway – Rudi graduated from UCLA with a BS in Biology.

Rudi Bakhtiar joined FOX News Channel (FNC) as a general correspondent in January 2006, and held that role until July 2007. Prior to joining FNC, Bakhtiar worked for nine years at CNN, joining the network in 1996. During her time at the network, she held multiple positions, including anchoring on the CNN’s spin-off network, Headline News (now known as HLN).

Persian women are among the most beautiful women in the world – and Rudi Bakhtiar is a perfect example of why I think so. In my own past, I have dated several Persian women – and all of them were extremely intelligent, very family-oriented, and had jaw-dropping beauty. Just don’t piss them off – and you will be fine … because they will kick your ass faster and harder than any Latina.

The best and most recent videos of Rudi Bakhtiar have mysteriously vanished from youtube – so here is the best one that I could dig up that shows her in action ….

Typically at this point, we attempt to analyze our Woman of the Month pick in terms of the Midlifebachelor.com 14 Types of Women. Unfortunately we don’t know Rudi Bakhtiar personally, so we pretty much have to guess. She is definitely a Jackpot (see Types of Women – Jackpot) since she is a high income earner. Which of our 14 Types of Women do you think Rudi Bakhtiar might be???
